Returning an item is easy!
All you have to do is send us a photo of the unused item or the unopened box. Once we receive the photo confirmation, we will send you a pre-paid return label. Put the return label on the box and drop off your return! We will notify you when we receive your returned shipment, then prepare your credit or product exchange for you. Allow 9-12 workdays for returns to be processed.
